river of milk

So I finally stopped the river of milk and it was as simple as just spending a few extra bucks on disposable breastpads. The lansinoh pads are wonderful! I woke up this am and I was dry so I just figured that my body was adjusting to Olives schedule but when I took the pads off they were super heavy and filled with milk, kinda like a diaper. I know gross gross but I'm sure other people have this problem so I'm just sharing what worked for me. Such a relief. I did try using cloth diapers to be a little more friendly to the earth but I leaked through those so I have to use what works.
