I just saw this article on Granola Babies Facebook and thought it was interesting. I have a soy cappuccino every morning. I pretty much gave up coffee when I was pregnant except for the occasional cappuccino or coffee when I was really tired but I really thought it wouldn't be a big deal with breastfeeding. As with everything its all about moderation but I had no idea how long caffeine could stick around. Well at this point the damage is done. At least I've been drinking the good stuff.....
